Hereafter some miscellaneous material relating to Redcliffe and its people in the past: In Novemeber, 1930, Aunt Julia asked me to buy her a $0.50 can of brass polish, Jim Richards took me into Bowen and Hulbert's to make the purchase - and with it went a chance on a kerosene lamp, I remarked that if I won it I would give it to Redcliffe, Win it I did - and Jim Richards got this letter, The lamp went to Redcliffe and into constant use, Frederica and I used it regularly from April, 1935 until the coming of electricity in early 1936; [Letter], 22 Nov. 1930 (Augusta, GA) [from] Guy M.
